The EDR Summit and optional classes are being hosted at the Hilton Houston North hotel. The Hilton Houston North Hotel is undergoing a complete, ground-up, renovation in 2019. The project is scheduled to be completed by November 2019. This includes new restaurants, ballrooms, and guest rooms.

The hotel is located by the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Free shuttle service is available to and from the airport.
